House is very open and bright. Loved being so close to the ocean and being able to hear the waves and watch the sun rise from the deck.

This will be a mixed bag:
I will start by saying that we had a great time.
The location was spectacular and we cant wait to visit the area again.
The house was okay. It was a place to hang our hat for the week, but it left a lot to be desired. The house needs major updates. You can tell the bathroom was recently updated, which was great! The exterior of the house, however, could use some major TLC. Sliding glass doors werent usable, there were several holes in the siding and the private beach walkway is old and rickety with nails protruding. There was trash thrown in the area of vegetation in the backyard that was unsightly and bothersome.
Inside, the blankets/pillowcases on the beds were stained and the towels that were left for us were dirty. The bathtub still had had sand in it from the previous renter and the bathroom wasnt as clean as it could be.
We did get there earlier than expected and we were allowed in which was AMAZING and any correspondence with the property manager was spot on.
The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved having a washer and dryer so accessible. The cabinet filled with games and books was an exciting treat which we put to good use.
The beds were smaller than advertised and really not that comfortable.
Everything was doable, so we still had a good time. So, thank you for the hospitality. With a little fixing up, I'm sure 1222 Asher will be a gem.
