Oh my goodness! The view of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing! This unit has been recently updated and is stocked with everything you need to have a spectacular vacation, including all the beach essentials like Beach Towels, chairs, sand toys, and plasticware. It also boasts a COFFEE BAR! This Beautiful Beachfront Family Friendly condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and close to everything, including Orange Beach and Fort Morgan. There's also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street. Sunchase boasts a HEATED pool/hot tub and picnic/grilling area. And did I mention the AAAMAZING Gulf front view. Walk, jog, bike or drive a short distance to everything.
There is assigned parking for one vehicle only. Parking Fee is 52.00. You will need to give us your email so that we can send instructions to register your vehicle. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. You will also receive instructions with the check in details on purchasing an additional pass.

We love this condo. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrise and sunset. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. This is our go-to when vacationing in Gulf Shores. It is conveniently located. Just steps from Waves, a convenient store that is well stocked and a wonderful restaurant, The Beach House.
The property is quiet and relaxing with a lovely pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to return!

This condo is so nice. Can’t beat the views from for decks and how close it is to the beach. The condo has so many things that come with it along with beach toys and chairs. Sunny beaches was great to deal with!
