Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit (Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV, WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Everything about the condo itself was perfect. However, the experience using the property hot tub was not satisfactory. Only one of the two hot tubs was working and the one that was working became incredibly dirty after the second day of use because the entire property was using it. Hot tubs at ski lodges should be checked for proper operation and cleaned daily.

The condo is lovely, updated and very well-equipped. It has everything you could possibly need. It's a very spacious corner unit with a comfortable bed. The problem is that it's on the ground floor and the unit above sleeps 8. It got very loud with a big group of twenty-something men having parties well past midnight each night above us. It would have been a great vacation but the parties put a big damper on our weekend. I would check who the renters are upstairs before renting this place. Other than that, it's a great unit.
