• 10-minute walk down 242nd St. to the beach through a private trail.
• 3-minute drive North to Approach on 225th St.
• 4-minute drive North to Bay Avenue Beach Approach
• 13-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Two dog bowls available for your convenience
• Pooper scooper and dog poop bags
• Four small dog towels

Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• No garage
• Public Parking for Ocean Park can be found at the Bay Avenue Beach Approach
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
• Plastic dishes and silverware are available.

• Bedroom 1 First floor: Master bedroom, one queen bed, direct access to full bathroom
• Bedroom 2 Second floor: queen Bed, direct access to Jack-n-Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 3 Second floor: Bunk Beds with three singles, direct access to Jack-n-Jill bathroom
• Bonus: Living room pull-out sofa bed

• Bathroom 1: Full bath with shower and a detachable shower head, entry from the master bedroom and kitchen.
• Bathroom 2 Second floor: Jack-n-Jill access from both bedrooms.
