Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
Saida IV 203 is an exceptional two bedroom condo, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Each bedroom also has ceiling fan to keep you cool after a great day on the beach with family. There are also two full baths with walk in showers and stocked with amenities. The condo was great. Easy to access, great location. The weather was poor, so we were glad that the owner had left a game to pass the time. We would be happy to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at your condo. Great location with everything we needed. Super clean and ample space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of cold air.

Upon arriving this place had an awful musty smell. We arrived late and thought maybe we were over thinking it and the AC had something to do with it. It smelt every time you came into the condo. The throw pillows on the couch were stained and felt dirty. The master shower door came off the track and my husband tried for 10 mins to get me out finally he was able to crack the door so I could get out. The pools at this location were also dirty and cloudy. We did go during inclement weather which i understand can be difficult to maintain clean but you couldn’t even smell any chlorine in the pool. This place was in tower number 4. Even the dumpsters were over flowing with garbage. Grounds could use a good updating. Was disappointed in our stay for the price we paid. Called the rental company and they didn’t seem to care.
