Konea 106 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 950 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of Honua Kai Resort on Maui's beautiful Ka'anapali Coast. Our private 190 sq. ft. lanai opens directly onto a quiet grassy area, giving you extra outdoor space to relax, enjoy morning coffee, watch the kids play on the large open grass area, or simply unwind in the tropical surroundings.

From our lanai, you're just a short walk to Honua Kai's spectacular pools, hot tubs, children's water areas, waterslide, and the beach. You're also conveniently close to Duke's Beach House, Whalers General Market, the resort's shops, and the Hokulani fish pond.
QUIET PRIVATE LANAI
Our lanai faces an open lawn rather than the busy interior pool courtyard. The area has considerably less foot traffic, providing a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests with:
* King bed in the primary bedroom
* King bed in the second bedroom
* Queen Plus sleeper sofa in the living room
Our upgraded Queen Plus sleeper is 66" x 80", providing a wider and longer sleeping surface than a standard sofa bed. Its solid platform provides even support without the traditional bars, springs, or sagging found in many sleeper sofas.
SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE
With approximately 950 sq. ft. of interior living space plus a 190 sq. ft. lanai, Konea 106 provides plenty of room for families and couples to spread out. The condo features 11-foot ceilings, upgraded wood tile flooring, granite countertops, and Bosch stainless-steel appliances.
ENTERTAINMENT & CONNECTIVITY
Each bedroom and the living room has its own Smart TV with cable and streaming. The living room also features an upgraded 65" 4K Smart TV.

Honua Kai is a fantastic, high quality resort and this 2 BR ground floor spacious suite is well situated with its private lanai and close to the pools and beach. Excellent communication by the host.
