Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo has lodging for everyone's budget - from budget-friendly small units in town to multi-million dollar houses up on the hill with amazing views.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.
Location:
Located less than a mile from the center of town – but off the beaten path this private, southwest style, contemporary home is the ultimate retreat. It is conveniently located in the quiet residential “Oro del Sol” area and just 10 minutes walking distance from the Tamarindo beach and the heart of the town, where you find all the great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach, and surfing.
Just outside the front door, there is a small playground for children and it is close to great trails perfect for hiking and mountainbiking
Rooms:
This modern home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a full, ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are considered “master bedrooms”; one is located on the second floor with a large private balcony to see the sunrise on the sounds of the howler monkeys, overlooking the surrounding hills of Tamarindo and the ocean; and the other is on the first floor with views on the pool and the backyard.
There are 1 king size bed and 3 queen size beds which results in a comfortable 8 sleeps location
Layout & amenities:
The home is spacious, open floor plan includes a fully equipped high-end kitchen and a large island with a dishwasher. Small appliances include blender, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, and linens are provided.
With large windows designed all around the home, you can take advantage of the natural light that elegantly fills the open spaces. The dining room offers a very nice living area that opens on to a large terrace with a gorgeous private pool surrounded by a tropical garden. The pool area with a covered terrace is the perfect place to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining.
There is also a large laundry room with full-size washer & dryer on the main level and weekly housekeeping is included. This home has A/C and ceiling fans throughout and includes high-speed internet, cable TV, a safe and phones for local calls.
The home is called in for privacy but includes an alarm system for peace of mind.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Tamarindo – Unforgettable Villa Experience!Our stay at the villa in Tamarindo was nothing short of spectacular! As a family with teenagers, we were looking for a place that offered both relaxation and adventure—and this villa delivered on every front.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the lush tropical surroundings, and the warm, welcoming vibe of the property. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The teens especially loved the private pool and the fast Wi-Fi (a must!), while we parents appreciated the peaceful mornings on the terrace with coffee and the sound of the ocean in the background.The location was perfect—close enough to Tamarindo’s vibrant town center, beaches, and surf spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. We explored local markets, tried surfing lessons and diving, went zip-lining through the jungle —all easily accessible from the villa.We left with unforgettable memories, tons of photos, and a unanimous family vote to return. If you're traveling with teens and want a mix of adventure, comfort, and luxury—this villa in Tamarindo is the place to be!

We stayed in this house with another family for two weeks. Tamarindo is wonderful and the property is in a great location. We loved the pool and the layout of the house. That said, the house definitely needs some TLC. The downstairs master shower is caving in (water literally floods through the shower ceiling when it rains) and there are large leaks in many locations. The furniture could also use some improvement. One of the kitchen chairs collapsed while a 105lb guest was sitting on it, and the others seemed a little iffy as well. We had several maintenance issues while we were there and the property manager was pretty responsive. Overall we enjoyed the trip, but it’s never ideal to be on vacation worrying about someone else’s house
