"Julie's Jewel" is perfect for up to 2 people with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils are provided for easy meal preparation.
Fishing enthusiasts have complimentary fishing privileges on the private community Pier. A waterfront community Gazebo is equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables for Guest use.
"Julie's Jewel" is located directly on the shoreline of the Inner Coastal Waterway and is just a short walk to the shoreline of the Gulf. Public Beach Access is easily available at the end of South Carolina Street.
For your convenience, there is also a coin laundry available by the communal pool, so you may wash your laundry before heading home.
"Julie's Jewel" is professionally managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC with an island Office presence to ensure your vacation is one remembered with smiles. Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains Operational Office Hours based on seasonal rental demands. Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time. During periods of peak rental demand Office Hours are maintained on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 6PM Central Standard Time.
Guests can book this property using the VRBO Instant Booking Feature. All Online Bookings of this property remains subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC. Accepted Online Bookings will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals within 24 hours containing the Rental Agreement for this property. Accepted Bookings will be required to review, execute and return the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking. Guest failure to execute and return the Rental Agreement may result in the Cancellation of a Guest's Reservation and the rebooking of this property.

Guests violating Occupancy Standards forfeit all monies paid.
PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. The presence of animals is carefully monitored with community cameras. Guest violation of the NO PET Policy will result in the immediate termination of rental and Guest eviction. Additional Guest charges remain billable for property damages, community fines or pet remediation efforts made necessary.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

It was a beautiful condo. Loved being right at the dock.

Pros:Room was great,the patio was right on the sound. Steps from pier and activity shelter. Pool was good ,a long walk but not bad. Location is close the Gulf Breeze Park which is awesome. Con’s:Pool gate is coded and changes monthly and nobody told us. And someone is training elephants in the condo above this one. There was loud movement as they moved from one end of the condo to the other constantly. This went on until late most evenings.
