Welcome to Paradise Cove on the shores of Lake Havasu with access to a semi-private, soft sandy beach via a few steps from this lake front bungalow. Bring all your water toys and enjoy the day on the beach or out on the beautiful lake. Park your boat in the semi private cove or rent a boat slip for $40/day (boat size limit is 26'). Wake up to some of the most beautiful breathtaking sunrises. This place offers it all!
Includes a 6 person gas golf cart, shed full of beach items (chairs, easy-up, water float blow-ups, etc), boat parking in resort, private launch ramp, and a beautiful upgraded home to hang out in.
Master bedroom - large king bed with cool-gel mattress, tv, huge closet, lots of dresser space
2nd bedroom/suite - new queen over queen bunk beds, full attached brand new modern bathroom, big closet, and large slider leading out to the balcony where you will enjoy the most beautiful sunrises
Living sofa - pull out queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, a large blue tooth speaker
Kitchen -fully stocked kitchen, full fridge/freezer, full size stove/oven, microwave, and coffee bar with coffee pods provided
Balcony - fire pit, BBQ grill, TV, fans, and lots of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning views

This is a great location. Easy access to property beach which was beautiful and very pet friendly. The owner provided all information needed to access and was easy to contact for questions. I would recommend to friends looking for a lake getaway.

My wife and I, our son and his gf had the perfect weekend. Location and views were very good and worth the trip in itself. Waterfront !!Host Kristi was excellant communicating and welcoming We will return in future

House is right on the lake and close to restaurants. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kristi is a great host - responds quickly and gave some great recommendations for things to do. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home when visiting Lake Havasu!
