This stunning loft is minimalistic in design yet comfortably appointed allowing you to relax and enjoy the incredible view! In bed, you’ll be surrounded by an array of floor to ceiling large windows that overlook Little Italy! As you enter the open living space downstairs, there is the fully equipped kitchen, counter dining and near the windows, you`ll see the couch and smart tv, as well as a queen bed to accommodate guests. Upstairs, enjoy on your queen bed overlooking little Italy and San Diego Bay with floor to ceiling windows! You’ll love relaxing in this spacious apartment after a long day of taking in the magic of San Diego!
Right across the street, you`ll find an array of fantastic restaurants and bars! You`re also a hop and a skip away from our beautiful marina! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Pros: The location was perfection. The view, especially from the loft area, was perfect. Little Italy is so special to me and my family this place was wonderful.
Coms: The parking situation was a bit odd, but manageable. We were grateful to not need to hunt for parking and to not pay $45/night like you would at a hotel. The property itself could use a bit of updating and some TLC. Tiny holes in the drywall could be patched, a good cleaning or replacement of the stairway carpet would be great. It was a little dated compared to many of my other VRBO stays, but still a place to revisit.

Right in the heart of little italy. The best part is not having to worry about parking...it has a parking space.

We are incredibly happy that we stayed in Little Italy.
The check in process for the VRBO was fairly easy, same with the parking with the car.
The apartment seemed a little dusty, and it’s not as “homey” as it could have been.
The view each morning was amazing!
This place is walkable to so many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops!
