Overlooking beautiful India street with dozens of great restaurants and bars! Enjoy a morning walk and espresso through the farmer`s market, or just take a stroll through the waterfront, you could not get a better location
This loft is beautifully perched overlooking Little Italy`s epicenter and San Diego`s beautiful waterfront! Fully equipped for any kind of stay, business or pleasure!
with a foldable bed for the extra guess!
Free Parking (restriction 16ft) if your car is bigger than that a $50 fee per day has to be paid at the front deskfee will be added, WIFI and TV equipped with Roku featuring apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc... Get comfortable and enjoy America`s Finest City!
The Neighborhood:
You will be right in the center of little italy, in fact overlooking the sign. There isn`t really any bad restaurants on india street, so mange away! Beautiful place to have a bite or go for a short walk to the waterfront, or simply admire the neighborhood`s timeless beauty
Getting Around:
There`s tons of scooters and bikes available through apps like lime bike and bird which are easy and convenient ways to get around locally. Uber and Lyft are also great!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Access and entry instructions were clear. Had no issues locating parking or the property. The loft was clean and tidy. Beautiful sunset views over looking the harbor. 5/5 would stay again.

Terrific place to stay! Beautiful view and location. We would definitely stay again. WiFi was off and on but wasn’t a true problem.

Property is very nice in a great neighborhood.
Unfortunately, nobody is taking care of it. We arrived on a cold rainy night to find no heat, no garbage disposal, a backed-up toilet, and heavy dust on the cabinets. The only response from management--don't use the garbage disposal. We spent the next day at home depot buying a space heater and a toilet plunger.
We used most of the only roll of paper towels in the unit cleaning dust.
On initial check-in, we were given instructions to enter the parking garage across the street. We found later that the correct parking garage was actually next door, on the same side of the street. First clue that management had never really seen the property.
We never give negative reviews, so we can only balance things by saying the unit is really cute with a great view of the bay. Too bad nobody is in charge.
