Wonderful apartment with a spectacular terrace overlooking the communal pool. Located in the heart of Las Americas, just a few minutes from the beach, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Decorated with attention to detail, it has capacity for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, a terrace ideal for enjoying a good lunch and disconnecting, Smart TV and Fibre Wifi. It has all the necessary ingredients to live a unique experience in Tenerife.
This beautiful apartment is located just a few minutes from Playa de Las Americas and is ideal for couples, families, friends and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, and wifi internet fiber to 600mb with a desk in each bedroom, designed for teleworking. It has two large bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed made up of 2 single beds, and access to one of the terraces of the flat. The second bedroom has two separate single beds. It also has a bathroom with shower and a large open space with fully equipped kitchenette, living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan and 50’ Smart TV, and access to the wonderful terrace overlooking the communal pool, where you can relax and unwind. In addition to the communal swimming pool and the proximity to the beaches, for greater comfort, it has all the necessary services around, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, shower towels, bed linen, cot, high chair and much more.
There is a flight of stairs to access the flat.
In the complex there is a washing machine-dryer service in the community for a fee.
The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00. Sun loungers are available on request from the lifeguard for a fee.
The complex has a supermarket for your convenience as well as a pool-bar.
