To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement

This was a wonderful stay visiting family for the holidays. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved having a view of the creek from the beautiful living room windows. Thank you again for providing a lovely home away from home.

This is a wonderful property in a great location! It’s easy to get to anywhere. The property was clean, quiet, and well setup for indoor & outdoor living. The kitchen is a little tough if you’re staying for more than a couple of days because there isn’t any cabinet space for food/pantry items. Would definitely stay again!

We quickly realized the owner is staying in the upper unit and were dismayed how everything is audible from upstairs. Every movement, every step and occasional guests, is audible from upstairs. When we removed the tarp from patio dining table, the owner replaced it once we went for a walk. That and rearranging other outdoor chairs was disconcerting. We thought the rental included the lower outdoor space for a very steep price. On three occasions the owner used a leaf blower to clean his upper adjacent deck and blowing all the debris on the lower patio we had rented. We watched in disbelief about such rudeness. In summery, the owner made his presence known in the garden and in general way too many times. The kitchen cupboards are indeed too full. There is no desk and living room seating is at best adequate for two. We would not recommend this for a family to stay there despite the two bedrooms. The bathroom is fine but not a Spa experience as indicated in the description. There is dining for two and we wondered how the Scandinavian fold out table would ever work in the tight kitchen. Needing to haul trashcans through grass for weekly pick up was not ideal. We did stay for close to 10 weeks and perhaps this works for short stays. Anyone renting also needs to be aware of the concrete steps to carry all their belongings to the lower level front door. We would not rent this again for such a steep price.
