Cantabria, MOGRO-PLAYA. Country house with three apartments, a swimming pool, and a paddle tennis court 200 meters away. Enclosed garden of 2,500 square meters, with a barbecue and a playground.
Across from Usil-Mogro Beach and the Liencres Dunes Natural Park (the most significant sand dune area on the northern coast).
Each apartment features two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. All units face outward and have excellent windows. Fully equipped with bedding, towels, appliances, and free Wi-Fi.
800 meters from the “Abra del Pas” Golf Course.
Fine-sand beaches in all the surrounding towns, with the Pas River estuary being the most notable feature. Surrounded by stunning scenery that combines the lush countryside with the sea.

Pets are not allowed.

Swimmingpool and tenniscourt were not directly at the house about 300m walking distance but very nice with a marvelous view to the sea and the landscape. Very quite. We had a sunny terasse and a green garden. We enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen seemed newly renovated and perfect.

We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful.
A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!

Santander and hyper-markets only 15 minutes away, nice local beaches less than 10 minutes drive. Nice apartment, rural location and unfortunately disturbed by animal noises from surrounding areas.
