With two full bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a tub) and a powder room, guests have ample facilities. The well-equipped, full-size kitchen caters to various culinary needs. Perfect for couples, families, or groups seeking a cozy retreat.
Please note that the basement suite has a separate entrance and is off-limits. The covered patio is reserved for long-term tenants.

Peaceful area, great view of the strait. A bit of a drive to services such as shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Loved the location, the place and the view! Our family had an amazing time at this place and it was exactly what we needed.

The Keurig was broken and there was no other coffee maker.
The yard was full of dog poop. We cleaned it up.
The grass in the side yard was more than a foot high. We mowed it.
The makeshift gate for the walkway was falling off the hinges because of screws missing. We found screws and fixed it.
One of the TVs was not working.
The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.
Both screen doors had torn screens. We duct taped the main door, but didn't use the patio door.
The biggest issue was the fact that we notified the host but he couldn't be bothered to respond.
It's too bad, because otherwise it was a nice place.
