About this house rental
This gorgeous gulf front beach house will give you the personal beach vacation that you are daydreaming about! The has ample room and an open floor plan that is perfect for shared memories. You get an unobstructed view of the gulf, and the large rear deck will have you looking at the stars with the waves crashing below you. This modern home is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need for a beach vacation you will fondly remember. The house has 3 king-sized beds, two of which in rooms that open right up to the gulf deck. The kitchen is well equipped and gives you what you need for your family vacation.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit, $100 pet fee per dog applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.

Great property and decorated very nicely! It's right on the surf, walk down the stairs into the water!Sitting on the deck drinking coffee and watching the sun come up was such an amazing part of our relaxation.Highly recommend!

Everything was fine. The refrigerator could be replaced. It was icing over on the freezer side. Other than that, all was in working order

overall nice home but in need of proper maintenance and upkeep to make for an enjoyable stay. - main microwave did not work. - Stove fan not working, - stove light not working, - exhaust fan not working, - low water pressure, - ice maker barley made ice, - 2 of 3 fridge door shelves broken - refrigerator leaks water on floor from underneath unit, - nails stick up in numerous places on decks, and more..
