About this house rental
Architect's house, finished in 2018, combining the contemporary of wood and bay windows surrounded by 2000 square meters of greenery.
Single-storey house with a large living room opening onto a terrace thanks to its 6-meter long bay window.
The terrace benefits from the continuity of the house in order to be protected from the sun or an unexpected shower.
A master suite with its bathroom and dressing room has direct access to the swimming pool on one side and to the terrace on the other.
Two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house guarantees tranquility and privacy for everyone
The two bedrooms have a dressing room with a bay window each opening onto a terrace. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet for these two bedrooms completes the set.
The terrace and the pool decks form a single set and are made of wood
The garden is made up of ancient olive and oak trees as well as various fragrant shrubs. An outdoor lounge in the natural shade of the oak trees completes your relaxation
We care about our environment, which is why all the materials have been chosen with the greatest care and our house is in line with the RT 2012 charter
The garden is treated without any pesticides and automatic watering with garden water and not tap water.

It had been a totally relaxing stay st Serge's vacation home!
Starting off with a warm welcome from Jean Claude showing us the property (Google translate and hand gestures were good help as we didn't speak French). Both Jean Claude and Serge were very helpful and responsive.
The house is clean and comfortable. The rooms were all good-sized with comfortable beds and sheets. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus.
Kitchen was well-equipped making it really enjoyable to cook and prepare meals from home with ingredients purchased at the farmer's market.
The house has a great layout, making it so inviting to just sit and relax on the porch (where we ate most of our meals) or sun yourself in different nooks by a decent-sized 10 meter long pool.
Location was PERFECT - quiet with a view of the fields yet only a short 6-10min walk to the town center.

We spent a great 10 days in Serge's house. Beautiful setting, very convenient close to the village. House is very well laid out and taken care of and private. We would come back here again any time, we had a great time and were very well received by the host, Serge.
