I had taken my mom and aunt on a quick getaway and they are 68-70 years old so me finding somewhere that they are comfortable is a must. They worked on puzzles, roasted marshmallows, took them fishing, and they loved it. They both said they would love to go back. It was quite and very relaxing just what we needed.

Great place to stay, very clean and nice outdoor area with fire pit. This is very close to lake,boat ramp and Hagerman NWA . Thank you for the hospitality see you next time.

Should improve the water pressure for the shower and replace the shower head with a standard style. Shower mat in the shower was something I haven’t seen before that backed up the suds draining while showering. I would suggest a recliner or ottoman to improve the overall comfort in the living room area. Because of the weather, we hung out inside and didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the outdoor amenities. Parking is a little tighter than expected. Beds were clean and comfortable.
