Our Podere (Tuscan farmhouse) Follona is located in the southwest of Tuscany, on the island of Elba, away from the tourist mile and surrounded by medieval towns. The nearby sea (approx. 14 km) offers a high level of recreational and leisure value. The 360° beautiful view of our own olive groves, vineyards and the natural hilly landscape is unique. Casa Felicita (one of 3 apartments available) is ideal for a family or 2 couples as it has 2 bedrooms. Each apartment is fully and generously equipped, furnished with charm, and has a large private terrace. The swimming pool area is accessible to everyone. An unpaved, approx. 2km long gravel road leads you to the house.
