About this apartment rental

Large terrace with sea views and garden area with outdoor shower.

The apartment has several spaces: a large lounge-dining room with table and chairs, cupboards, sofa-bed, armchair and TV and direct access to the porch and terrace outside. Large modern kitchen, fully-equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware. It also has a corner where you can eat, with a wooden table, chairs and bench.

There is 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the sleeping area, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Large outdoor area including a covered porch, terrace and outdoor furniture - table and chairs, sun loungers - outside shower and patio which surrounds the apartment.

Wifi, hot and cold air conditioning system.

Location

The apartment is located in the small residential area of Sarnella, close to the lighthouse, less than 200 metres from the beach, next to the coastal path which goes between Llançà and El Port de la Selva. About 4 kms from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.

This is a comfortable flat in an amazing location. Everything worked on arrival. we had no issues. It could do with a bit of updating, decor wise and a walk in shower. If you are a walker this is a perfect location as it is very close to the coast path. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
