Location overlooking the fairway and end of terrace was great, but you will have to walk from the parking lot when unloading and reloading your car. We did not mind as we do appreciate the quiet. House was clean, tidy and had enough pots and pans and kitchenware for the entire week. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and bath gel and there was some laundry detergent which we took advantage of after a rainy day. The only suggestion is to add an outdoor grill. Staying a whole week we had planned to barbecue several times, so it was disappointing not to find a grill as I had seen on the photos. To be fair, during our stay, I checked again the list of amenities for the house and did not see a grill listed, so I did not contact owner/management agent.We would recommend and return in the future.

Our stay was great. Great location for Chestnut, Galena, and NW IL. We didn’t need anything from our host, fortunately, everything went smoothly.
