About this house rental
This is a new house built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
The space
There are 2 rooms with king sized beds, and 2 rooms with queen sized beds. Each room has 2 nightstands with a lamp and phone charging ports. There is a double sink bathroom in the master bedroom, as well as a general bathroom near the other rooms. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, S/C, q-tips, and body wash. The living room has a 65in TV and a couch that fits 6. The kitchen if fully equipped with cookware, the basic seasonings/cooking oil and ingredients for coffee/tea (Keurig and tea kettle available). The dining table sits 6 with additional 4 countertops chairs. Access to the laundry room includes detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and an ironing board/iron. The garage is empty with space for 2 cars, etc.

This was a wondetful property. Suprisingly there were k cups for the coffee maker. Spices in the cabinets. In the bathroom fully stocked. Some games. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Outdoor space was private, did not spend alot of time out there due to weather. Large table for eating and family time. Open concept. I would stay at this property again!

This property is IDEAL for anyone needing accommodations in the North Jacksonville, FL area! Everything you would possibly want in a rental is provided - the kitchen is fully equipped, the entire house is spotlessly clean and the bathrooms have nice amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tissues, etc. Will definitely rent this again when in Jacksonville. The host, Tatiana, is very quick to respond to any questions you have. Excellent property!
