Our apartment is well-stocked, fully-furnished, stand-alone unit with a separate portico and path leading to the front door. It occupies the entire second floor of the house.
It's located in an amazingly ideal location for visiting Healdsburg wine country. Set in beautiful lush garden and fruit trees half a block from the historic Healdsburg Plaza or the square in a friendly neighborhood of houses with bright flowers and front porches, old churches and museums.
Guests are always surprise at the spaciousness of this apartment. It is 800 sq ft and occupies the entire second floor of the house, sleeps up to three people and offers a bright and sunny living room with views of St. John's Church and Fitch Mt.
Everything is brand new and completely upgraded with designer touches (Circa Lighting in every room, wide-farm style kitchen sink, Italian ceramic tiles, neutral carpet color, brand new Marvin windows with screens, Scandinavian sleeper sofa, feather-bed mattress topper, ornate cabinet knobs and pulls.)
BEDROOM: The bedroom has new Marvin windows, queen size bed with comfortable pillow-top feather bed (removable) for extra comfort, tufted cream-colored headboard and walk-in closet.
BATHROOM: The bathroom is spotless with a walk-in shower, Italian ceramic tiles, floor to ceiling shower glass enclosures, designer lighting- all
high end finishes throughout.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a “dream kitchen” with blue kitchen cabinets, Italian ceramic floor and top of the line European finish appliances - gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, microwave, 2 kinds of coffee makers- Drip and a Nespresso Machine, toaster and a pantry filled with plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, coffee, teas, wine, pasta and sauce etc., separate dining room with a bar (cork screws, wine glasses included). It has everything you need to make your lunch or dinner wine country style!

There is a modern, sleek Scandinavian design table and chair in the apartment and fast WIFI.

Not to forget how wonderful it is to have your own private balcony that overlooks the backyard fruit trees of Meyer lemons, red and green apples and oranges, a wonderful place to watch Summer or Autumn sky while enjoying a glass of wine.
BACKYARD:
Our backyard is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. We recently installed some outdoor market lights.
If you like to bbq, there is a brand new Weber BBQ grill in the backyard. There are two tables. One is a teak table with 8 chairs and another white iron table with two chairs.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:
