About this apartment rental
Enjoy a spacious, light and comfortable flat, comprising a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a dining table. The bedroom, bathed in natural light, features comfortable bedding, including a queen-size bed, as well as plenty of storage space. The property also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You can enjoy three balconies offering lovely views of the quays, as well as a covered, secure and free parking space, 1.80 m wide and 4.40 m long.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals with ease: dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival, containing a sponge, a coffee pod, a bin bag, toilet paper, an individual soap sachet and a dishwasher tablet.

Today a district of bon vivants and antique dealers, historically Les Chartrons was the district of wine merchants.
Traditionally, life in the neighborhood is organized around Place des Chartrons (10 minutes from the apartment) which offers bars and restaurants and a small covered market. But also Rue Notre Dame (5 minutes from the apartment) where you will find second-hand dealers and independent designer boutiques. Without forgetting the legendary Chartrons market on the quays (in front of the apartment) every Sunday until 3:30 p.m. It's the perfect place for an outdoor lunch.
Since the major Chartrons renovation project, two new spaces of interest have attracted Bordeaux residents: the brands' quays for shopping and the Bacalan halls, which is a fabulous covered market opposite La Cité du Vin.

The apartment is very comfortable. Coffee pods ready for your first morning. Close to trams. Relaxing view of the street and river. Close to local food shops and restaurants. Parking is good for a smaller vehicle, our SUV was a little difficult to park, but I am used to a larger truck to drive as an everyday vehicle, Would definitley stay there again

Good location for use of tram. Could have been better utensils - cracked dishes. Should clearly state no elevator and 46 stone steps to the apartment. People with heavy luggage should not be surprised.
