Welcome to beautiful Ottertail Tail Lake. This 3 bed, 3 bath home with a large wrap-around deck is ready to entertain your family and friends. The views of Otter Tail Lake are stunning! Plenty of space in this extremely large yard to let your dogs and kids play. Open-concept living with kitchen, dining, and living room. Walk into this space with a wall of windows and a sliding patio door to the view of the large front yard and lake! Watch the sunset right from the living room couch. Gigantic ensuite on the main level, with a large bath with a jacuzzi tub. This home has been updated and is decorated with light. bright and airy décor. The lower level boasts a second kitchen/Bar, Walk out to the yard, and 3 bedrooms and a bath. Plenty of games to enjoy. 1 King in Main, 2 Queen, 1 Full bunk with twin on top, 1 full futon.

Located across from the channel on the channel right on the opening into Ottertail Lake, you'll find a large dock for your boat, and a paddle boat for getting to the sandy beach. Public access is just minutes down the road. Also, the town of Otter Tail is 5 min away and has great dining choices, a grocery store, a liquor store, cute fun shops, and activities all year round. We came to the area for a wedding that was just down the road at Thumper pond. The house was clean and had lots of space. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to utilize the lake access. FYI the access is across the road, not directly on the property. Overall we would recommend!

Our family + extended family traveled from Washington and Idaho for a family wedding, 9 of us in total. We arrived late at night after driving straight through and it was easy to get in with the code provided, which was much appreciated! There was even a little welcome bag on the table with some essentials inside. It was spacious and we never felt cramped or in each other’s way. The view was amazing of Ottertail Lake and I could’ve just sat on the comfy couch in the living room or on the deck for hours enjoying it!

The host was easy to communicate with and we made good memories. Location in Ottertail close to Perham and Detroit Lakes was nice. However there were some things lacking. The house was not clean… dusty, cat hair, ceilings, fans, floor. Animal feces outside (dog or bear?) and in game room by table (dog?). Games in game room were just okay. floor. It needed more furniture / comfortable seating. We brought outdoor chairs inside. It needed a bigger dining room table. Dishes and utensils were definitely lacking. Blackstone slow to heat and basically unusable. Wi fi wasn’t working. Stray cat around outside was friendly but we had to feed it… bowl of water and food dish was outside.
