This beautiful, family-friendly condo is 6 min. from I 70 exit, 10-20 min. from 5 ski resorts, shopping, & dining! Located on free Summit Shuttle bus route to ski resorts, shopping, & dining in Summit County. Nearby hiking! Panoramic views! Open living/dining area. Full kitchen. Great for 4 adults/5 children. OR 6 adults. All indoor hot tubs & pools, sauna are closed at this time due to renovation. ETA on hot tub in building G that across parking lot is October. There is racquetball, tennis, Ping Pong in Building AABB, laundry. Reserving guest must be at least 25 yr. old. No guests under 21 unless with parents. Non-smoking condo.
This fully equipped condo has a living room with large flat screen TV and BluRay player, DVDs, TV/Internet, games, and puzzles. Fully remodeled bath. Bunk bedroom has a double upper and lower bunks and pull-out, single trundle bed (for small child only), and dresser. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser, and private bathroom. Both have beautiful view of woods. Loft area has queen bed and chest. This condo works well for 4 adults and 4 children. Also, accommodates 6 adults comfortably.
The updated kitchen has appliances such as coffee maker, hot pot, pancake griddle, mixer, toaster, crock pot, and more for your cooking and dining pleasure. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table, which seats six, with additional bar seating for three. Living area, dining area, and private deck provide panoramic views of Keystone ski slopes, Lake Dillon, and area mountains. The condo complex has a racquetball court, tennis courts and Building AABB (Ping-Pong). Updated laundry in building. Includes one covered parking space. Guests access the condo via keyless entry code, so there is no need for key pick up and drop off. There are four flights stairs to get into unit. Fully Stocked Condo (kitchen, games, linens...) w room to spread out, great views and covered parking. Had a little bit of a hike up three flights of stairs at 10,000' elevation--fun for us flatlanders from TX

We enjoyed the place and the location. Beautiful views and 20ish minutes from keystone which was great.
We unfortunately did encounter bed bugs during our stay, which caused a lot of stress. Owners had great responsiveness to help get treatments when we initially reported it. The follow-through I was a little disappointed with, as I thought the owners could have checked in and been more understanding of the difficulty that came with the bed bug situation. This wasn’t something that was fixed days after a treatment, it was ongoing during our two month stay. They did give us a discount on our stay, but this was after a lot of back and forth where we needed to practically explain that one of the rooms was uninhabitable for most of our time there, and in my opinion a relatively low discount considering the problems we faced due to bed bugs.
Overall, we enjoyed the location and place but just had a lot of problems that stemmed from the bed bugs.
