This is a renovated small home attached to the main house. Entrance is in the back. Our Home offers peace and tranquility. Read a book relax and take in nature. From cows and Horses across the street to goats next door and the chirping of the birds. A fire đ„ pit night. Have a BBQ or simply stay in doors cooking. Take a stroll down to Catskill Creek, or take 3 Minute drive to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hunter Mountain Skyride 35 minutes away...Windham 26 minutes. Kaaterskill Falls 26 minutes... The choice is yours.

Everything about the property was wonderful and exactly as presented; location was wonderful and everything worked out very well - 5 STARS; we will definitely stay there again, next time in Leeds, New york

Nice that it is close to a river but necessitates taking a short walk for it. Basically is on a parking lot. Was not impressed that when we arrived after dark, the lights did not turn on by the switch by the door (had to reset on a remote on far side of room), the TV was not on a setting that would work and there was almost no toilet paper. We did not get a reply that night but did the next day.
