2206 Sea Crest is a tastefully decorated 2-bedroom/2-bath villa on the second floor of the Sea Crest complex. There are light hardwood floors throughout and light gray walls. The view from the balcony is of the beautifully landscaped water gardens, pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
In the main living area hall closet is the full-size washer and dryer. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a blue/gray queen sleeper sofa, two tan armchairs, and a 55" TV. The covered balcony has two chairs and offers beautiful views of the water gardens to the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two seats. The adjacent dining room has a mirrored accent wall and a rustic wood table that seats eight. Plenty of seating for meals and game playing!
The Master bedroom, to the right of the foyer, features a King bed, ceiling fan, 46” TV, a desk and a private balcony overlooking the water gardens. The adjoining bathroom has a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. To the left of the foyer is the guest bedroom that has two Queen beds, ceiling fan, 32” flat screen TV and a bath that is shared with the hallway. This bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, and a separate walk-in shower.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. We overall loved the property. One issue was the dryer did not work, but it was fixed w/in 24 hrs. Other issue was AC started to leak from ceiling, went w/o ac for half a day, bigger problems in life , fixed & ok.

We really enjoyed the layout of this place. Bedrooms well removed from living area made it great for quiet bedtimes for an 11 month old baby and privacy for all.
We had only minor complaints such as floor was dirty (crawling baby had black knees after only 5 minutes in the place). Happily, maintenance staff came and mopped the next day, so all was well.
Also ice maker broken and could not be repaired by maintenance or plumber. Staff was kind to bring over two large bags of ice!
Carpet in bedrooms a bit old and dirty but all in all, everything was great!
One suggestion is more info on arrival. We didn’t know which building was which and what would be best entrance (or even where parking garage entrance was). That was not very well marked on building nor info contained in our arrival package. Code on door was tricky at first, too.
