Down town historic Titusville. apt B Private no Host.

Very clean, plenty of linens, and spacious! Check in and out was a breeze! Host was great, he sent a message a couple of weeks prior with excellent directions for parking, etc. Very convenient location to all things Orlando and Kennedy Space Center which was the highlight of our stay! From the parking lot you could see the lights at KSC and we could see the Artemis II on the launch pad. Unfortunately the launch was rescheduled, had it have taken place we could have seen it from the park behind the parking lot!! Several dining options and cool places to grab a drink within a couple minutes walk not to mention the American Space Museum which is definitely worth checking out. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location, comfortable and great host.

We had a great stay at Phillip’s place. It was in the perfect location. Shops, coffee, restaurants, entertainment, and the waterfront all within steps of the apartment. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions on where to park and how to locate the building. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and the bedrooms are on opposites sides, so it’s perfect for two couples or a family. All of the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided, the beds were comfy, and the couch, big screen tv, and pool table provided a perfect place to wind down after a busy day. One thing to note: it IS in the middle of historic downtown Titusville which means there are the usual sounds (cars, music, conversations). This didn’t bother us in the least, it actually added to the charm of staying here, but I have family members who are sensitive to sound, so I thought I would mention it. All-in-all, it was everything we hoped for. We would definitely book again if we’re in the area!

It was a beautiful historic building. The host supplied everything néeded. It was very clean. We heard a launch and was close enough to see and rattled the windows. The pool table was a relaxing activity.
