Summary:
This beautifuly decorated apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and has a beautiful terrace with glass curtains.
The Space:
This tastefully decorated apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. It has a large open plan living room/diner which opens out onto a spacious terrace enclosed by glass curtains, these can be opened up allowing the sun in or closed off in winter. You can enjoy its lovely views overlooking the communal gardens. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The property is located just a 2 minute walk from the Supermarket and town center facilities. An underground parking space is included with remote control access and the block is serviced by a lift.
La Torre Golf Resort is a luxury development of properties comprising of Apartments, Town Houses and Villas, that surrounding an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.
The complex is gated and has a 24hr a day security staff onsite.
You will find a variety of restaurants including an Italian, Indian and cafe bar. Pino’s bar has a relaxed atmosphere, showing live sports and entertainment, there is also a tapas bar that opens seasonally. During the high season there is a large Friday night market with plenty of stalls and live music.
There are 16 communal swimming pools, some with Jacuzzis, gardens and children’s play areas available for you to use, also tennis courts and paddle courts. You will also find a cashpoint, large supermarket, Souvenir shop/newsagent, pro golf shop, hair and beauty salon and onsite fitness classes/personal trainer.
The local town of Roldan is less than a 5 minute drive away has many restaurants and bars, sports facilities, banks, supermarkets and shops, also local farmers markets twice a week. Vibrant local fiestas are held here through the year.
Beaches of the Mar Menor (little sea), Mediterranean and Marinas are 10-15 minutes away as is Murcia Corvera airport. Alicante airport is also just 1hr away. La Torre has great motorway links and a train station located in the local town of Balsicas with a direct link to the historical and beautiful Murcia and Cartagena.
The Murcian culture is both diverse and interesting. With all surrounding towns to La Torre Golf Resort still enjoying regular traditional fiestas and events. Practically every activity/sport you can think of is enjoyed here by many year round.
