- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.

This place was beautiful, clean and spacious! The property it sits on is huge, so there is a lot of walking to the amenities, which was not a big deal for us. Need lots of patience for elevators. Since it's on the second floor, we opted for the stairs when we could. I would stay here again!

The unit is large, mostly well furnished and updated. It was challenging to cook with limited items and the unit badly needs a deep, deep cleaning. Too much to list. The property managers are incredibly nice and responsive. The property itself is simply just gross. Trash throughout, vomit in hallways, smells like urine in stairwells, trash in stairwells. Elevators are a nightmare. Again, too much to list. This is NOT a place for families or children. The smell of marijuana is everywhere as is people openly smoking. Endless loud music and partying.
