Awesome family vacation condo Located in a quite part of Myrtle Beach. A great view overlooking the Marsh and a world class Golf Course. The beach is right across the street with live entertainment from March to October at the most popular beach bar on the Grand Strand, Ocean Annies. The Shore dr/Arcadian area is one of the most popular resort destinations in Myrtle Beach with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and tons of activities for the kids. This unit is a 2BD/2Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa, sleeps 6. Totally remodeled with new countertops and stainless appliances With all the amenities of home. It includes cleaning fee, in unit washer & dryer and beach chairs. Rates range from $450 in the off season to $950 in the summer months. Also available to snow birds as a monthly rental. Preston was an awesome host and his condo was as described quite comfortable and cozy. Everything worked well except the vanity lights in both bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again as the value for the money was excellent!

Our family of four which includes two college students enjoyed a fantastic week in North Myrtle Beach! The owner of this unit is professional, personable, and very easy to work with. The unit was perfect for our family. It was modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc... for those who like to prepare meals. We enjoyed fresh seafood almost every evening! The common areas were also well maintained and clean. They include a very nice swimming pool, two gas grills, and plenty of sitting areas.
The beach was easily accessible and there was plenty of sand for everyone! It was about a 5 minute walk from the condo and there was plenty of sand for everyone! There are also an abundance of golf courses convenient to the condo! We enjoyed the ocean and the golf!
Traffic in and out of the condo area was minimal. There were plenty of places to purchase food and beverage as well as grocery store options.
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit! We are hopeful to return!
