The detached holiday home is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a holiday home complex. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with 1 bunk bed and fireplace. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, refrigerator and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Trebnje. The holiday home is located on a 15 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
