By booking this home, you agree to the county rental laws and the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of the items below may result in eviction with no refund.
We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary.
The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. Message us if you have any questions or concerns, and we appreciate your understanding on the matter

9pm - 8 am is the county's quiet time for all rentals.
Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
We cannot accommodate extra guests or host parties.
4 Cars ONLY, No extra cars, no parking on the street OR on the dirt.
No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts.
No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk.
No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors.
No, the pool is not heated; it is about 70 to 75°F year-round. It can not be heated. The hot tub is 102°F.
This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs. ONLY Tolit paper should be flushed. Garbage disposals are NOT FOR FOOD. DO NOT grind up trash and send it down the sink.

We had a great time at this house. This was a work get together. We used the game room for our daily meetings and for social time in the evenings. The location was great and the house was as advertised. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of small issues quickly. Stunning view.

Our stay in Luxe 10 Bear Claw was incredible! The house is very close to main South Lake attractions (skiing, casino's, shops, restaurants). The house has a unique layout that was a little unusual, but we quickly found it relaxing and enjoyable. The house was richly appointed, and we spent a lot of time in the game room with pool, pingpong and a game table. We weren't able to use the pool (water was too cold); maybe they will add a heater for the future. But with 2 garage spaces, and all the bedrooms, we were really pleased with our stay!

There was toilets not working and a bedroom (Murphy bed) that could not be used. The view and home was very nice.
