Welcome to Sunset Passion, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage located just 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge and only 5.9 miles from Dollywood. Perfect for families and small groups, this inviting retreat offers easy access to all the excitement of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains—while providing a comfortable place to relax and recharge.
Step inside to find a fully furnished kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV mounted above a stone encased seasonal gas log fireplace. Just off the living room, the sunroom offers additional space to relax and have fun, complete with a futon and foosball table—perfect for both kids and adults.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private full bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own full bath. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the cottage to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.
Step outside onto the large back deck, where you can take in the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge while soaking in the private hot tub—the perfect way to end your day in the Smokies. Clean and convenient to local attractions! Neighbors were very friendly and made sure we were aware of recent bear activity and to not leave any food or drink in our cars! My granddaughter asked if we could stay there again the next time we come in the area. Lol
