About this house rental
This 3-bed/2-bath cabin was recently remodeled and includes all new stainless steel appliances with new wood throughout. Enjoy the natural beauty of cedar tongue and grove ceilings and walls, making this a truly spectacular experience. Rough-cut tongue and grove Cypress and Pecky Cypress can be found throughout. The Pecky Cypress was originally pulled from nearby Bear Creek. Beautifully finished vinyl plank flooring on the main level, and hardwood floors upstairs.
NOTICE: The water level at Bear Creek is dependent on Deer Point Lake's winter draw-down. To control invasive vegetation in the water, Bay County begins draw-down of Deer Point Lake for the winter sometime in October and begins raising the water level in March. The photos you see were taken in April with water at normal levels. After Bay County does a draw-back, I will post a few pictures to show winter water levels. The dock outside the cabin still has water access for small boats and kayaks, it will just be shallower and the scenery changes due to lower water levels.
