Welcome to Ocean Oasis! Spend your time at Carolina Beach in a two year old oceanfront duplex with an extraordinary deck overlooking the ocean. Your unit has an entire level.

Amazing, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and ocean will take your breath away. First renting in 2024, everything is almost new in this exceptionally appointed unit. You will have the entire first floor (not ground floor-one flight up) in this 2 unit house. If you don’t spend all your time on the beach, the rest of the time will be spent on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy meals at the dining table on the deck, or hang out, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the waves from two pairs of comfy chairs.
The gathering room features two sofas and a chair that are perfect for relaxing and socializing. We have a selection of books, games, and DVDs/Blu-rays for all ages. The wall-mounted TV tilts and turns for better viewing for everyone.
We installed a water softener system to make for much more enjoyable showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet set up with a reverse osmosis water dispenser giving you delicious water to drink and use in your cooking. The fridge is also connected to this system. No need to bring cases or gallons of water.
The kitchen is very well equipped. There are dishes, flatware, cookware, knife set and the all-important wine glasses. There is a multi-cup Keurig (bring your k-cups), regular coffee pot (we supply filters), electric tea kettle and toaster. There is also a blender to make your frozen margaritas and a hand mixer if you need one. We provide some cooking essentials, so you don’t have to bring your whole kitchen with you. There is salt and pepper, cooking oils and an assortment of herbs and spices. We also provide foil, baggies, etc.
The dining table has seating for eight, There are 6 chairs and a bench, comfortable for everyone to dine together or play games.
There are high quality towels and linens for all the beds/bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs and black out window treatments so you can sleep in. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. In addition, we provide a starter set of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets.
Smart locks allow you to arrive any time after the standard entry time. You have your own code and you don’t have to worry about carrying keys with you.
Each unit has parking for 3 cars, no worries there. The outdoor storage unit has beach chairs and a beach canopy. Bring your beach towels and toys! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand.
The Carolina Beach boardwalk is about a mile north and the Kure Beach pier is a mile south. The Tiki Bar is a few hundred yards away for your afternoon beverage delight or lunch on the beach. There are restaurants (including Granny’s for breakfast) within walking distance.
Come and spend your Carolina Beach getaway at Ocean Oasis. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we have weekly bookings, 2-3 nightly minimums the rest of the year.
For security purposes, there is a camera in the carport, at the rear corner near beach storage rooms and at the rear corner monitoring the beach walkway.
Please note: the property is strictly non-smoking; there is no smoking allowed in the unit, around the decks nor anywhere on the complex property. It is also a pet-free unit, no exceptions due to family allergies.

What a luxurious stay! We felt pampered arriving on a day the ocean was super blue with a lovely sunset. The view from the living area is great, and there’s ample seating on the porch to enjoy the salt air. It’s also always a treat to have three full bathrooms.

Our family could not have been happier with this vacation rental! Linda and Dean were a pleasure to book with. The house itself is stunning- with everything you need for a relaxing beach week. Our family appreciated the black out curtains (it was helpful for our kids napping during the day), the close proximity to the beach and having everyone on one floor. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will absolutely be booking again next year.

The property is new and nice. Yes there is construction going on next door and they were playing loud music during the day, but it's just how things go.
We must not have read the listing well to see that this an upper and lower situation. For some reason duplex feels like side by side. Turns out the owners were staying upstairs. She greeted us in the driveway twice. And emailed at least once per day, sometimes more. She asked if we were leaving early to let her know. The lock was set to my phone number so we left right on time and didn't lock the door since the cleaning people were so anxious to get in early and then were accused of not leaving on time. I would say feeling watched by the owners of the rental and having WAY to much communication was really not like anything we've ever experienced on VRBO.
As for the listing, it was complicated to fit 2 cars in the driveway. No way you could fit 3. We had a honda pilot and the owner said our car was too big. The slider that looks to the beach is dirty between the panes, so you have to have the door open to see the beach. It was beautiful weather when we went but if it was hot this would not have been ideal.
