About this house rental
Welcome to Swan Lake Escape, a delightful holiday rental located in Swanhaven. This spacious and modern retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway. With its ideal location near Swanlake and the nearby beaches, as well as its comfortable amenities, Swan Lake Escape is an excellent choice for families or groups of up to seven guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (please contact our office to organise laundry services)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the house
- No garage access
- Surveillance Cameras at the property (not facing common areas)
Inside:
Swan Lake Escape boasts four inviting bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and rest comfortably. Two well-appointed bathrooms add convenience and privacy for guests. The open plan design of the kitchen, living, and dining areas creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for socializing and spending quality time together.
The equipped kitchen features a convenient island bench, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a leisurely dinner, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your cooking desires.
Outside:
Step outside onto the deck and discover a delightful outdoor oasis. Take a seat on the comfortable outdoor furniture and soak up the sun, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy a delicious al fresco meal with family and friends. The fully fenced backyard ensures privacy and safety for children to play.
Location:
Nature lovers will delight in the quick walk to Swan Lake, where you can immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the surrounding environment. If you're in the mood for some beach time, you're just a 5 to 10-minute drive away from the local beaches, where sun, sand, and surf await.
Convenience is at your doorstep, as the town centre of Sussex Inlet is only a 5-minute drive away. There you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and amenities to cater to all your needs.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
