Country Home Son Pi with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi, A/C, Terrace & Garden

Pros: The house is in the most beautiful peaceful setting. It’s a great size, good kitchen, separate utility room and living area. Upstairs bedrooms are lovely all have generous bathrooms. The pool and outside areas are stunning. Plenty of seating and dining areas and beautiful well maintained garden. Spectacular Bougainvillea. There are wonderful views and the house is completely private but easily accessible. Cons: Unfortunately we had some issues during our six day stay. The third bed downstairs had not been made up so we had to grab bedding from other rooms. It’s a very dark room & feels quite separate from the rest of the house. The oven wasn’t working on our first evening. Markus responded immediately & was able to reset the circuit board which had tripped. Two days into holiday there was no hot water. Again Markus responded immediately & a plumber came & fixed the issue. There was a leak from the lavatory in the downstairs bathroom and a bad smell and it was necessary for the septic tank to be emptied. Frustratingly on our final afternoon there was a power outage in the local area which was resolved later that evening. It did feel as though we were the first visitors of the season but Markus is a very responsive host and dealt with all issues quickly.
