About this apartment rental

Ground floor apt. (65 sq m) with an open kitchen and living room from which you have access to a small south facing terrace. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double (or two single) bed and the other with a bunkbed. Potential extra 5th sleep on couch in the living. Bathroom with shower. "The Dunes Golf & Spa" is a closed and 24/7 guarded area with common pools in the inner garden. The apartment is quiet as it is facing away from inner garden. Shutters exists on all windows. 200 meters to the beach.
Five minutes in a taxi (cost 10TD / 3 eur) and you are in the lively marina Port El Kantaoui with its many restaurants and shops, or at a well equipped supermarket (e.g. Mall of Sousse). Minor shops and cafés also exists in the neighbourhood, e.g. enjoy a breakfast with seaview around the corner at Café Resto L’Océan Chatt Mariem!
The apt. is cleaned before arrival. Baby bed on request. Your host can as well help you plan and book excursions, tunisia mobile internet etc. WiFi in apt.

note re. location: the apt. is located on the sea-side of the main street Route Touristique going from Sousse to Hergla. This means that there are no major roads to cross when walking from Les Dunes to the beach! On some booking-sites this location is not shown correctly.

2nd time staying here. Communication with our host was really good just like last year. Very helpful and understanding. We love the apartment, spacious clean with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for little ones as well as adults. Close to the beach and a good pool on site. Places to park a car if needed. And a lovely cafe just out side the complex along with a few convenience shops on the main road. Thank you for letting us stay again

The apartment was lovely, the photos didn’t do it justice. Stayed for 2 weeks and requested a couple of cleans for during our stay, but we were advised before we arrive that this wasn’t possible, which was great communication. Communication has been great throughout. Air conditioning was great working better than I’ve had in hotels. I can’t fault the apartment or host. Thank you for the stsy
