Sealodge G4 is the perfect Sealodge Kauai condo for honeymoons, anniversaries, or other romantic occasions. With its expansive views of the sea, waves breaking, and lush green coastline visible from the large bedroom picture window, you won't even need to get out of the comfy king bed to admire the view. Spend a lazy morning in bed with the cooling tradewinds blowing over you, watching the boats go by or spotting for whales. Then make the brief mile and a half drive to the Princeville shopping center to pick up a poke bowl and some macadamia nut ice cream. If you're feeling energetic, take the brief but rather treacherous path to Sealodge beach... worth the effort for its privacy and seclusion. Finish the day with a brief ten minute drive to Hanalei for dinner and drinks at one of the numerous charming restaurants you'll find there. A perfect day in paradise.

Our Kauai vacation rentals at Sealodge are located at the end of a small quiet side road, with no through traffic, that ends at a dramatic ocean bluff. These Princeville vacation rentals face the ocean on their lanai side. A short, rather strenuous, hike brings you to the secluded Sealodge Beach. Shopping and dining are conveniently close, with the Princeville shopping center just a mile and a half away. The charming town of Hanalei, and the world famous Hanalei beaches, are a brief ten minute drive. Sealodge is comfortable, quiet, and island casual.

This rental was overall good. As others have observed, the buildings are a tad run down (the screen doors and windows don't always close well, some of the pots are not in top shape--things of that sort). We had an issue with the toilet (which got clogged notwithstanding our best efforts, since we knew that Kauai plumbing is delicate) that took a whole day and several calls and texts to get resolved. But it did get solved once we expressed our urgency. (Also, partly our bad for not noticing the presence of a better plunger near the one we used!0The location is amazing, right on the cliff (which makes it a bit loud when you keep the windows open--bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise,, also because roosters and other birds will be loud too). It's nice that there were a very good washer and dryer in the apartment. Lots of pillows of good quality, which is rare even in fancy hotels. Plenty of blankets.The swimming pool was small but nice.Photos are reliable in showing what the place looks like.Princeville is quiet and nice, but bring dry goods as groceries are very expensive compared to mainland US!

Wonderful place to stay. The views are incredible, sunrises especially. Laundry is convenient to have. Kitchen was easy to use/well equipped. Bed is comfy. Ceiling fan in the bedroom is a bit on the noisy side but there are other fans in the house. Very quiet area - just ocean and roosters.

Dated place although started making upgrades. We washed some of the windows ourselves and improved the view. Good location.
