A beautiful apartment located in one of the best areas of Gijón, the historic seaside neighborhood of Cimadevilla. Just a few meters from San Lorenzo Beach and a short walk from downtown and all the main attractions. A prime location to enjoy Gijón from one of the city’s most convenient and charming neighborhoods.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by electric radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6 to 15 degrees—heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather, and guests may choose these time slots. It’s important to understand that heating a 65 m² space like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).
No Smoking. No access for guests not registered at the property. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* Check-out BEFORE 11:00 AM *A 1-hour time slot will be agreed upon for guest check-in; in the event of a delay or change on the guest’s part, such a change will be subject to the host’s discretion and availability. Coordinating check-in times is very simple and highly flexible for guests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. *A “late check-in” service is available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20. At 11:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled for “NO-SHOW.”
In Gijón, there is an electric car-sharing system called Guppy, which allows you to get around in an eco-friendly and affordable way. There is a bus stop near the apartment.
The apartment is located in the historic Cimadevilla neighborhood on the first floor of a 3-story building. The apartment has been recently renovated and features one bedroom with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). It has a full bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living/dining room features a large table that seats 4 people and a 42" TV. It has an outdoor terrace with a table for 4 guests and a parasol, where you can eat—ideal for breakfast or a quiet dinner. It has electric heating (for more information, see “Other Important Details”). This apartment is located right across from the Cimadevilla Public Parking Lot, where we have a private parking space reserved for our guests—one of the few accommodations in Cimadevilla that offers private parking. An excellent place to stay with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time in Gijón
I’ll hand you the keys myself, walk you through the apartment, and give you some maps and tips about the city, as well as a guidebook. You can ask me any questions you may have, and I’ll be available by phone 24 hours a day for whatever you need. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The check-in time must be arranged between the host and guest a few days before the start of the stay and should be as close to the agreed-upon time as possible. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a late check-in is available for an additional fee of 20, subject to availability. After 11:00 PM, no check-ins will be permitted, and the reservation will be marked as a no-show. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Guests may not leave their luggage at the property either before or after their stay.

Great location and apartment. Could have been an even better experience with a few more kitchen supplies and tools. Missed having a toaster, tea kettle and other basics like oven mitts. Made a request to management but never was addressed. Even a clear, “sorry, can’t do it,” would have been appreciated.
