The spacious living room features a smart TV equipped with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, MAX, Apple TV, Disney, ESPN, NBC Sports, and SiriusXM music. Enjoy cozy evenings by the gas fireplace, which is easily operated with a remote, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day of adventure.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring a Nespresso Lattissima Touch for coffee lovers (capsules provided), a drip coffee maker with #4 cone coffee filters, and a wine opener. You`ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests in comfort.

- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.

- NOTE: For your awareness, there are two security cameras on the property to help ensure guest safety. One is a Google doorbell camera located at the front entrance, and the other is a Google camera positioned in the garage. Together, these cameras monitor the two main entrances to the house. Rest assured, these cameras are positioned solely in public entry areas and are in place to protect guest privacy and property security.
--A $200 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.

Great place. Host super responsive. Ski racks and boot warmers were a nice bonus. Nice and close to Park City without being in all the traffic. Highly recommend.
