The house was very clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for our group. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor hot tub was great!

the property was well kept and spacious. it had four suites with bathrooms. and a room in basement with futons for the kids. amenities where good (pool table, air hockey table), the hot tub was under repair. We arrived early and they opened the door remotely 30 minutes early. Also , the air conditioner went down the second day of our stay and within an hour of phone call there was a technician there who left us fans and called the heating and cooling company which came same day and fixed the unit. Hakuna Matata is a great property and the support from Railey was excellent. I highly recommend it.

House was perfect for a big group.. i wish we knew how nice the community golf course was. So much fun! Great par 3. Course was probably better than 80% of the local courses in the area and it was free to play.

This is a beautiful property. Although the kitchen, bathrooms and linen were clean, the carpets were VERY dirty with human/dog hair all over. Seems the cleaners did a very basic cleaning job just to make the property somewhat presentable. We tried to vacuum the place ourselves however, there was no suction power in the vacuum which probably explains why the carpets were so dirty.
