About this apartment rental
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Escape to Caribe 308B. This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental is in one of Orange Beach's most desirable resorts. The living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows which overlook the back bay and leads to a large private balcony with comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy sunsets. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for the family to enjoy.
When it is time to end the day the comfort of the king bed in the primary bedroom awaits you. Open the curtains and enjoy the sounds of the Alabama coast at night. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The prestigious Caribe Resort is in Orange Beach and sits on the Perdido Pass which connects the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal Waterway. The views are spectacular from every angle. This show stopping complex boasts unsurpassed amenities a few of which include on-site restaurant state of the art fitness center countless pools lazy river water slides playground tennis courts Jacuzzi beach shuttles putting green upscale lobby with fountains and lounging areas and so much more!
No pets are permitted. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent. This is a non-smoking property. Monthly rentals are available October-March 1st.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Place was beautiful and very clean. The property was amazing, several pools and activities. We really enjoyed our stay.2 gripes- first one pretty small.. we were disappointed to see there weren’t any beach towels for us to use at the pools/beach.. being a resort near a beach you think that would be a given. However, after mentioning that to the host, they dropped off a complimentary company branded beach towels, but only 1 and we were a party of 4. It was a nice gesture. Second - the shuttle to and from the beach. First 2 days, we had a great experience with the gentleman running the shuttle. He greeted us, built rapport, made sure we knew where were going and how to get back. Also ensured we had the required bracelets to return. He was quick, and would return quickly if he had to make 2 pickups due to capacity. Our lady day we had the exact opposite. A gentlemen who didn’t really greet us or have any sort of dialogue. Said the bracelets to return weren’t a big deal. And never showed after waiting at the beach at the end of the day for 45 mins. We ended up walking back with all of our beach stuff and 2 little girls, very frustrating. Over all a great place, would stay there again but would really consider somewhere closer to the beach so we don’t have to deal with the shuttle

Overall, the caribe is a stellar location and is highly recommended. The unit we stayed in was average at best. The floors were dirty (inside & out) there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and one drain in a tub was so clogged with hair the stopper wouldn’t work. Also the ice maker didn’t work. We were aware of the refrigerator not working but not the ice maker. The dishwasher also wasn’t working properly, probably led to the dirty dishes that we had. The master bedroom double doors wouldn’t stay closed. The view of the bay is great though. The unit need some love and care!
