We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again

We booked this house during winter and the only issue we had was the heating system. It took the whole night to warm up the entire house. It does not have centralized heating- just one in each room and one in the living room.
But aside from that, our experience was overall very good. All we needed was available in the unit and it was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our short stay for New Years! The home is close to Beech Mountian where we spent the day skiing! The condo was cozy for our family of five. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the pool, hot tub, arcade and gym.we will definitely be back.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Location is great however this condo is not ideal for renters with smaller children. Extension cords lining the baseboards in the bedrooms, a heavy mirror and blanket rack propped but not secured to the walls, tumbleweeds of dog hair on the floor, pillows & comforters, clothing & personal contents left in drawers, dirty socks & dog toy still on the floor in one bedroom, closets fairly full of personal contents. We heard a large dog barking next door for hours (reached out to rental co with no reply) & could hear upstairs guests at all hours of the night. This condo has so much potential but needs a little TLC.
