Property was nice. Location by Howard university was convenient to the Mall. Between your own car and ride share, no problem getting around. Purpose of stay: family vacationThe good: 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were in good shape, clean, and very livable. Kitchen was good sized and well stocked , and the gated parking was awesome!! Lots of extra bedding and blankets and it was great to give our kids their own rooms. What could improve: property does have a washer and dryer but unfortunately the washer had mold, so we could not use it. Recommend the owners make a plan to deep clean it . That made our stay a bit inconvenient as we didn’t bring enough clothes for the whole week and had to hand wash some. We had ants in the kitchen the last 3 days, and the pantry for the kitchen was not cleaned and very cluttered. Checkout: easy, all they need you to do is make piles for the linens and towels, start the dishwasher and clean any trash out. Wishlist : it would be nice to have a TV in the master, but there were two downstairs. And a Clean washer. Noise: not bad! A few sirens every now and then but nothing abnormal, mostly quiet! Pet friendly: yes. Would we stay again? Yes. Despite the few challenges, the host was responsive and the condo in my opinion was a good deal for what you get, the location, and the room to stretch out. The parking is a huge plus, it’s rare to find that in DC.

Beautiful, clean, convenient, quiet, all the amenities were there. Check in process was fine once we got the code, but parking specifics were not clear prior to check in, which would’ve been super helpful (though nicely pointed out in the detailed packet in the house). Super dog friendly and nice secure parking once we found it.Would come again!

Nice neighborhood, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice dog park one street over. House is beautiful! Nice fenced in area out back where you can park your car in a gated area.
