This air-conditioned apartment is located in Stintino within the "Punta Negra" residential area, 150 meters from the local beaches.
It features a large open-concept living area with a TV corner and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Outside, there’s a spacious covered porch with direct access to the large private garden, which is equipped with a barbecue. Beaches, sports, restaurants, and grocery stores—all within easy reach without having to drive!
We love the sea and nature, but unfortunately, due to work, we can’t always visit this earthly paradise as often as we’d like. So we decided to share it, and we’re very happy to do so with others who share our passion for the sea, nature, and the outdoors—far from the noise of traffic and the hustle and bustle of city life—where you can gaze at the vast expanse of stars in the sky, free from light pollution. Even though the village’s population increases in the summer, animals such as turtles, cats, and sometimes even wild boars may come to visit you in the garden. Don’t be afraid of the wild boars—they’re very used to people and scavenge for food throughout the village. Just be careful not to disturb them too much, especially when there are piglets around, because the mother might get angry :).
