The Space:

Outdoor living takes centre stage, with a sparkling private pool surrounded by tropical greenery. The undercover poolside bar features a BBQ, sink and seating, perfect for leisurely lunches and refreshing drinks between swims. The expansive covered deck offers another BBQ, a generous dining table, comfortable sofas and additional seating, all overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery. Challenge your companions to a game of pool or settle in for a long afternoon enjoying the fresh air. Beyond the entertaining areas, the lush gardens offer peaceful corners for morning yoga, quiet moments among nature or leisurely strolls. Enjoy a soothing soak in the outdoor clawfoot bathtub, gather around the backyard fire pit beneath the stars or bring out the table tennis for some friendly competition.



The primary suite offers a particularly memorable escape, with a super king four-poster bed, private ensuite and a beautiful outdoor clawfoot bathtub. Surrounded by tropical greenery, it's a peaceful spot to enjoy a leisurely soak beneath the open sky. The second bedroom features a king bed and its own ensuite, offering privacy and comfort for everyone.



A full laundry, Wi-Fi and on-site parking add everyday convenience, making it easy to settle in and enjoy an extended tropical escape.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Riordanvale and the wider Whitsundays, as public transport is limited in this peaceful hinterland setting. Free on-site parking makes coming and going easy, with Airlie Beach less than a 15-minute drive away. Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) is approximately 30–35 minutes away by car, while nearby Cannonvale offers supermarkets, cafés and everyday essentials.



Other Things to Note:

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night).
