This is a stunning renovated 3BR, 2BA GULF FRONT unit that offers 16th-floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge 25ft balcony overlooking the Gulf, you'll never want to leave. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, a spa, and health club, and a deli market with a Starbucks. Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

The rental was perfect and exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The kids loved having the board games which came in handy on the rainy days we had. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was bowls with lids.

Was a nice place, but I would expect cleaner for the price. Shower curtain smelled horribly of mildew right when we walked in. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would make it great.
